Day One:
The sunset was so beautiful. And I'm the biggest fan of silhouettes! (Both pics are pretty similar, but one just looked too lonely).
Day Two:
I woke up at some crazy hour of the morning, obviously freezing, and climbed outside for a quick loo visit to find this amazing sky. Ok, so quick moment of honesty: it's been maybe only a handful of times that I've seen the sky look this way as I am never awake so early; and maybe the times I have seen it's beauty this way is due to a very late night. Anyway, I grabbed my camera and quickly framed what I saw. Breathtaking. (A photo clearly doesn't do it justice).
Tyron and I spent some of the day in Howick at a 'tourist trap' of boutique shops. We found such a lovely antique store where I photographed old cameras, furniture and a piano. I've never seen anything like it. A post on it coming soon ~ because it was so wonderful it deserves it's very own piece.
Day Three:
Close to camp there were some trees that had become a little submerged by the dam and died. Kinda sad, but a beautiful sight none the less. And seriously stinky!
As the sun set I snapped some stunner pics of the trees, and more importantly, my man :)
Thanks for reading about my silly little trip, hope you enjoyed it. Peace xo
Lovely review and pics! I have heard great things about this Howick store, looking forward to visiting one day. Will keep my eyes peeled for the next post. x
